AZZURRA MEOLI

Azzurra Meoli is a co-founder of the start up Ve Nice. She graduated in Management Engineering in 2012 at the University of Bologna, with a score of 110/110. Immediately after graduating, she worked for a year for important companies in the Bologna and Milan area that allowed her to acquire important relational and organizational skills. In March 2018 she received the PhD in Management at the University of Bologna. Dr. Meoli's research lies in the field of innovation and entrepreneurship, with particular attention to entrepreneurial activities that arise from university students and / or recent graduates. During her PhD, she spent a period abroad at the Syracuse University Business School; this experience has allowed her to develop an important international network. In September 2017 she started a Post Doc at the Cà Foscari University of Venice, while actually she is working as post doc at University of Bologna.

ENRICA TANDUO

Enrica Tanduo is a co-founder of the start up Ve Nice. She graduated in December 2016 in Chemistry and Pharmaceutical Technology at the University of Padua and in June 2017 she passed the State Exam for enrollment in the register of pharmacists. During her university training, she acquired a solid background in the field of synthesis and industrial characterization of pharmaceuticals and studied the aspects relating to the development of products for the cosmetic market with a course in the formulation of cosmetic products. She has worked on the ESF project "Ve-nice: Natural and Innovative formulations for an effective Cosmetics in Veneto" for the formulation of high-performance and eco-sustainable hi-tech cosmetics, starting from raw materials deriving from waste. She had work experience in different pharmacies open to the public, having the possibility of being in contact with customers and learning to recommend the different products (also on a cosmetic level), based on the different needs of the consumer.
